U.S. To Hand Over Iraq Bases, Equipment Worth Billions

The real reason for the war was the looting of the treasury by the RIPubplica­ns to their political donors. Billions wasted in hiring contractor­s to do what the military has always done itself: security, constructi­on, meals, etc. Then we just leave the stuff for the Iraqis when it could all be brought back home, used for parts, rather than buy more, sold in the US to recoup some of the money spent, or destroyed to prevent it from falling into the hands of criminals (what you call terrorists­).



Any time we have a war, police action or get involved with UN peacekeepi­ng, the draft should automatica­lly start, and there should be no waivers for anyone, period.
